[IRCA] TP 3 Dec Victoria version.

Conditions decayed again; Alberta and Victoria were on the same page, but at least China was still a little audible, and maybe Vietnam.




pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

675 woman talking, small bell introducing female vocal 1529UT; was at 674.997kHz, so likely Vietnam?

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 837 846  954  1089 1206   1242 1251  1323  1566 seemed to be Asian; 
612  seemed  to be DU
