[IRCA] 1380 kHz

I'm listening to a station on 1380 at the moment and it's putting in a nice
signal to northeast Georgia. The DJ just took a call from someone and they
both spoke Spanish, but the station is playing American oldies. They just
played More Than Words and now they're playing White Christmas by Michael
Bolton. any help would be appreciated.
