[IRCA] 1100 R.Cadena Habana Wobbler

Just after the question was raised here about the Wobbler, 1100 R.Cadena 
Habana, Havana, is making serious noise again after an extended period of 
much subdued Wobbling.

Been at it since this afternoon, at times strong now at 0424Z, Jul 16 2006.

Not as wild as in the past, but it's a start.
