[IRCA] JOUB weak 774 kHz

Hello,

 

One TP heard this morning with a weak signal, JOUB 774 kHz with man in JJ at 1113 UT 07-22.  No TP's heard on 7/21.  The sun is rising and the temperature today is predicted to hit 103 degrees.  Have a nice Saturday.
