[IRCA] TP lower better

Hi,

TP reception at this location was better on lower MW.  VOA 1575 and HLAZ 1566 were very weak.  China F/S on 1206 was weak at 1119 UTC and fair at 1149 UTC.  657 DPR Korea was weak with music at 1157 UTC then of course faded at the TOH.  774 JOUB was fair at 1035 UTC.  Long-wave was nothing.
