[IRCA] Some promising TAs tonight...

Heard time pips at 0200 UTC on 648, way under WSM Nashville.  No audio but the time pips were clearly there, which sounded very much like what you hear on BBC World Service on shortwave.  Also, a carrier on 585 tonight, maybe Spain, but no audio either.
