[IRCA] Fair TP AM with China Spotlight: Oct 12

Friends,

It was sure better than yesterday's pathetic showing, but only low 
average. The JJ and KK big guns were in, but at sub-par levels. The 
bright spot was China with a goodly number of the CNR-1 channels 
showing good to excellent audio (639, 756 - unusual, 945, 1377) and 
the CRI Foreign Service outlets doing darn well, too (963, 1017, 
1044, 1206 low). Lets assume that things are on the way back up.
