[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

1116 Brisbane, AUS faded up again briefly this morning, 1537-1540 utc. Was 
poor to weak (7-7.5/10) with man talking, at its best period. The het was 
never very strong, either. I kept switching back to CW from LSB to check if 
the het was getting stronger, like I notice for other TPs when audio is 
(hopefully) imminent, but suddenly the audio just started appearing without 
the het getting any stronger. Maybe they run higher modulation than the 
Asians.
The usual weak to medium on the Far East LWBC Russians for other reception, 
along with strong hets on a few low-band Asian channels.
