[IRCA] Two call/format changes in Rochester at the same time
The tape decks will be busy here in a couple of hours...at or about
midnight tonight, WROC 950 will flip from progressive talk to ESPN
sports, while WRCI 990 will change calls to WDCX, tweaking (but not
outright changing) its religious format. No word yet on a call change
for 950, but it seems likely...
