[IRCA] C&W under KVI 570

Good Evening,
Trying to phase KVI 570 and have a C&W station underneath
Must also be North of this location, when phasing KVI down, the
C&W stations also drops. NRC AM Radio log lists CKWL
with C&W and CKSW with C&W.
