[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Friday

A very good TP morning with poorer DU. An early check had 1566 HLAZ with 
woman talking plus chorale music, very poor/poor, 1233 utc. Toward the end, 
567 with poor Asian talk; 596 poor/weak Asian talk; 666 poor Asian talk; 693 
JJ weak/medium at times with EE lessons, "oh I just washed my car and now 
it's raining"; 693 poor/weak Asian talk; 774 JJ same EE lessons as 693, 
weak/medium at times; 891 weak Asian talk mixing with weak DU talk, then DU 
becoming dominant, 1326 utc. 1116 poor DU talk 1328 utc. An unusually good 
TP morning for me, I never used to get Asian TP all that well. Just read 
Nigel's report--not very good correlation today except for HLAZ earlier.
LWBC Radio Rossii not that good today, 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 poor to weak 
1205 utc.
