I'm not up on Spanish radio and those who are, this should be an easy one to
solve.

I heard spanish on 1610khz, in the late 5pm central hour. Sounded like at
least one person, a man talking.. not too fast.. seemed to be a relaxed,
conversational tone.

What station is this? Where's it coming from? How much power?
