[IRCA] CBXQ-540

I checked 540 tonight and still no sign of CBXQ. Off the Eastern Bev and
NE EWE, solid CBK. Off the NW EWE, not much except weak CBK. The SW EWE
netted KVIP and XEWA and maybe Tijuana, but nothing // to 690 CBU noted.
I will check along the shore later today. CBXQ has always been about S5
here during the day.  They are either off or very weak.
