[IRCA] /TP's for Wednesday 12/07/11

It was a strange morning here with no audio from JOUB 774 or JOBB
828, just level 4 carriers.  HLAZ and VOA on upper channels both had
good signals with HLAZ being heard on the eton e100 outside barefoot.

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1458 fair signal with music.
606     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1524 very weak signal with talk.
639     CHINA, CRN1 1508-1514 fair signal at 1513 with woman in Chinese.
1134   JAPAN/CHINA? 1519-1520 weak audio and splatter.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1502 weak signal with man in Chinese?
           + Fair signal at 1517.  + Good signal at 1531.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1503 weak signal with woman in Asian language.
          + Good signal at 1515 with woman singing.
