[IRCA] TP Nov 23, 2012 / Victoria version

I tuned in at 1440UT this morning, and there was HLAZ booming 
in  with a woman in CC, popped up to 1593, and more CC by a man and 
woman at a good level, CNR-1 //6125.    And....nothing else.

I managed to winkle some weak audio out from 594, 774 and 828 at 
various times over the next half hour, and at 1542UT, 747 delivered 
the NHK2 s/off chimes very weakly, and 1566 still had a bit of audio.
