Listened from 1345-1420 utc and conditions was up from yesterday with carriers on 279, 594, 693, 774, 828, 972, 1566 and 1593.  Today most of the action was on the bottom part of the band with no audio on the top part of the band.
 
693  JOAB Japan, Tokyo heard at 1412 utc with talk just above the noise level.
774  JOUB Japan, Akita heard at 1410 utc with English Language.
