[IRCA] TP 14 Apr; Victoria version

I was up earlier this AM, just as well because the automatic recording didn't, but I'm sure I missed a number of titbits because I started at 1307UT, and things were pretty much finished 5 minutes later. Still Asiatic, still erratic, yet didn't I see some warning of a geomagnetic upset? Lots of solar wind and density, yet positive dst, left us with Asiatic stations.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB man in JJ reading the weather reports 1310UT
1287 man in JJ 1309UT
1566 HLAZ not as consistent or readable as other days, man preaching 1308UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 Tahiti? man talking 1313UT, FF inflection??
747 JOIB man talking, cadence of the weather reports 1312UT
972 HLCA? man talking, too weak for language ID 1313UT
1053 KK jammer 1309UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

567 1098 1242 1269 1503 1548

best wishes,

Nick
