[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 25 Sep 2013

   Conditions were definitely improved from yesterday, though other 
than the 972/1566/1575 regulars it was all Japan.  China on 1206 was 
very close, but didn't quite make audio.


585  JOPG  Kushiro, Japan  Poor-fair signal after 1250. 	

594  JOAK  Tokyo, Japan   Good signal from tune in at 1245 to past 1310.

693  JOAB  Tokyo, Japan  Good signal from 1245 to past 1310.

702  unID  traces of audio at 1305, seemed to be Japan, but too weak to 
be certain.

747  JOIB  Sapporo, Japan  Good, about the same as 594 and 693.

774  JOUB  Akita, Japan  The best signal on the band today, solid from 
1245 to past 1310.

828 JOBB  Osaka, Japan  Fair, and didn't reach audio until 1255.	

891 JOHK  Sendai, Japan  Poor audio for a couple of minutes at 1306.

972  HLCA  Dangjin, S. Korea  Good signal, not quite as strong as 774, 
but not far off.

1188 JOKP, Kitami, Japan  Weak, with woman in Japanese at 1307, //594.

1566  HLAZ  Cheju, S.Korea    Good solid signal from 1245 to past 1310.

1575 VOA Thailand     Only poor-fair today, was actually a bit better 
yesterday.
