[IRCA] TP 2 Nov Victoria version

Not much rising to good strength here, but an odd mix of DU and Asiatic; one unusual thing was my first logging this season of HLQH-558, given the fair lack of anything much Asiatic, barring its parallel on 603, and HLCA-972

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

972 HLCA man and woman in KK 1415UT; still pretty fair at 1448UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1116 4BC assumed. Man in DU EE at 1403UT, mentioning various Australian states, briefly at this level.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 4QR man in DU EE 1418UT
702 2BL man in DU EE 1407UT
774 JOUB woman then man in JJ 1301UT after weak pips on the hour

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

558 HLQH man talking, woman emoting, //602 1409UT
567 woman talking DU EE inflection 1406UT
603 HLSA distinctive pips on hour, last high pip delayed 1400UT; man and woman talking, maybe a drama, as woman seemed to be making a bit of a fuss 1402UT; //558 1409UT
747 JOIB weak NHK pips on hour 1400UT, then woman and man talking
855 4QO/4QB ABC nx fanfare 1400UT then woman talking //702

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

621 711 738 837 846 864

best wishes,

Nick
