[IRCA] TP 15 Nov Victoria version
Not a keeper by any means...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
a distant memory
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 unID, a 20 second long fade up from nothing to quite good level
1454UT, man singing western opera, then gone back to barely readable
30 seconds later. Man talking, maybe JJ, at 1455UT.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above, whipping by, both directions
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1575 VoA? woman talking just before 1500UT, but down to a mumble by the hour.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 891 945 1098 1116 1593
best wishes,
Nick
