[IRCA] TP 20 Nov Victoria version
Still not an improvement....
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
hope springs eternal
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
...though weakly
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
in fact, the hope is fainter than the signals
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 woman talking briefly at 1435UT, maybe JJ?
1566 woman then mantalking, maybe CC 1350UT; various snippets after
1400UT as well
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 738 855 1044 1593 (very close to audio at 1507UT)
best wishes,
Nick
