2131 960 WATS Sayre PA "Choice 102". No doubt in my mind that it's
on day power. Never audible at night, and this is pounding in. Dave
Ramsey on one wire probably WFYR, and there's something under WATS on the
other wire, mentioning Connecticut, so WELI. Just IDed at 2136 as "WAVR".
A relog, first heard in 1983. I've heard the FM too.
