[IRCA] TP 9 Mar Victoria version

No argument there was a sunrise enhancement today, but not enough for top quality audio. In fact, you might say it existed in comparison to poorer earlier Asiatic conditions than yesterday had (though there were DU's earlier). Fading was erratic enough that I may have missed some audio on one or two of the strong carriers.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not quite enough of an enhancement

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB man in JJ woman in EE 1416UT //828
828 JOBB woman in JJ 1402UT T

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man in JJ 1419UT
612 4QR woman w/ "ABC nx" 1401UT
738 Tahiti likely, island mx 1230UT, pop mx 1330UT
774 3LO likely? DU EE by man 1234UT
774 JOUB man in JJ 1335UT
954 JOKR man and woman in JJ 1416UT
1116 4BC likely, man in DU EE, then woman 1253UT
1593 CNR1 man in CC 1422UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

891 woman talking 1359UT, nothing on hour, slow voiced man at 1418UT not //594, and didn't seem DU either, Korea?
1242 pop mx, man and woman talking, JJ inflection, 1435UT
1566 HLAZ likely, man talking CC inflection 1424UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

702 846 936 1044 1053 1098 1107 1206 1287 1386 1503

best wishes,

Nick
