[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on October 1

Conditions today were down slightly from yesterday, but still good.   
Most of the action occurred between 1200 and 1300, with reception 
trailing off noticeably after 1300.

There was almost no trace of a sunrise enhancement today.  The sole 
exception was China on 1323 , which rose up out of the noise at about 1400.
