A very poor morning, though still a couple of bits of audio.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):
not even remotely
Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
somewhat less remotely, but still remote
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
you guessed it, still quite unlikely
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)
567 unID man talking, 1403-4UT; possibly DU English
747 JOIB  NHK pips at 1400UT was pretty much it.
774 JOUB man talking various times over 1354-1406UT; NHK pips on the hour
1134 man talking 1235UT, Japanese intonation?
1566 HLAZ s/on to Japanese program 1231UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
594 702 756 819 1107  1179 1386 1422  1503 1575
