[IRCA] TP 9 Jun Victoria version
Not much DX this morning...and even a great lack of carriers
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
even "not so reasonable" was unreasonable
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 Tahiti likely, rhythmic pop music, man and woman talking, French
inflection, 730 splash made it hard to be sure 1134-1144UT
756 male vocal over stolid bass line 1217UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
1026...that's it
best wishes,
Nick
