[IRCA] TP 4 July Victoria version
Another morning, and we're back to "Tahiti, is that all there
is?" Must have sucked all the other carriers dry yesterday morning.
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 Tahiti assumed, various rock and pop songs peaking at this level
on a number of occasions from 1124UT to after 1200UT. Splatter from
740 much more noticeable with 730 gone.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1386 rhythmic pop music 1217UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
(stand back!)
the above passing through....a real lack of carriers this morning
best wishes,
Nick
