[IRCA] TP 1 Sep Victoria version
Odd mixture of the usual suspects, New Zealand through to Japan and
Korea, acting erratically.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not quite
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 4QR man and woman DU English //774, 1330UT, channel had returned
to 3LO by now
774 3LO woman and man DU English //612, 1233UT
774 JOUB sudden fade up o/3LO 1243UT, man in Japanese; 3LO arguing
for a minute or so, then went away
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1053 Korean jammer 1214UT
1116 4BC assumed, sudden fade up of woman in DU English, apparently
news, 1302UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese, s/on announcement 1231UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
657//756 RNZ National, woman and man talking, neither very strong 1310UT
702 woman, DU English inflection 1225UT
738 pop music 1259UT

837 JOQK man then woman talking, poor level, 1311UT //594
891 man talking, another man on phone, sounded like DU English? 1304UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
 531 567 603 621 747 792 873 882 954 1008 1026 1098 1287 1503
