[Swlfest] How will the new Cuba travel rules affect us getting Arnie to the Fest

Saw on the news about the new Cuba travel rules that went into effect
the day before yesterday. In short, families can only visit once every 3
years and there are restrictions on sending money from the US into
Cuba---I don't recall the dollar amount.
