Anymore, there isn't a lot of amateur repeater activity in the Philly
area. Give them a try, but don't be surprised if no one responds. Pretty close now! Alan Roberts and I will be hitting the road tomorrow morning at around 7 AM. Looks like we'll be running into some weather along the way. A disturbance to the west of us is swinging down south of Montreal, probably through the Adirondacks tomorrow, so we'll need to be ready for anything. We'll be checking out last minute weather reports tonight and first thing in the morning. Barring any major delays, we should arrive by mid to late afternoon. However we will both be doing some birdwatching along the way, so any prime species along the way could certainly distract us for a time. One way or another though, tomorrow it's "Kulpsville or Bust"! Safe travelling, everyone. I'll have two meter amateur capabilities in the van. Has anyone ever thought of setting up a talk-in station at the hotel? Anyone know what the frequency would be for the repeater closest to the hotel?
