Obviously, the good people of both Australia and Canada like to listen to science programmes to accompany their lunches on Saturdays, or perhaps whilst preparing them, since I note that in both countries the main science shows are broadcast between noon and 1:00pm local time (half-an-hour later in Newfoundland, of course).
