Eww -

One wonders if Babcock (ex-VT, ex-Merlin) would be interested in the
Sackville site.

It is probably one of the best half-dozen transmitter sites for
reaching North America via shortwave.

I know historically the only financial arrangements RCI could make
using the site were reciprocal / barter arrangements -- meaning they
couldn't simply rent transmitter time.
