Brazilian accent. S9+10/20 into Bonaire, but no signal on 6180, off?
Does have a high noise level there. 0158 outro in Brasuguese, s/offs

** CANADA [and non]. Major sporadic E FM DX opening, June 26 at
1558-1743 break and resuming at 1848-1921 UT, from at least: NV, UT,
MT, WA, SK; will take a while to research and compile the full report

** NEW ZEALAND. BBCWS via RNZI at 0600v is a good chance for us to
hear it in N America, nor is it intended for us; and still on both
9700 and 11725, contrary to RNZI own sked showing only 11725 until
0759. Sometimes it starts way late, like 0604+ with timepips, says
Tony Pavick. Also I note a rather rough dumpout of it circa 0629 to
