at 12.04 UT, heard remotedly on amateurish KIWI SDR Net at

HS0ZGZ amateur radio location at Udon Thani,

in northeastern Thailand via

SDR switched at LSB mode,

AutomaticGainControl automatic switched OFF,

now on manual mode set at 75dB level

result to be heard as S=6 signal of -91dBm at 12.04 UT

and compared to web player

VoINS only web player, some 6 seconds DELAY later

- than shortwave 9690 kHz outlet.
