TITAN site, most probably one of the two re-aligned serviced TX's
or even newly purchased shortwave transmitter recently.
S=9+25dB powerful wonderful clean audio quality at 00.52 UT,
letterbox program in English was in progress, program noted tonight
00 to 02 UT ! Annmt of letterbox end at 00.54:20 UTC, followed by
easy listening GUITAR MX of similar Mexican style.
Address in En given as ' P.O.B. 6240' since decades now 65 years though ?
at 00.54:06 UTC. Very poor underneath co-channel noted typical
Chinese CNR1 Mandarin px music (!) from Beijing bcast center.
But the Chinese music never spoiled the enjoyment of the RHC
English broadcast. Never.
When checked later 9710 kHz channel another time again,
noted RHC QUI 11760even kHz exact frqy, S=9+15dB at 01.09:23 UT
also nice clean audio quality !

outlets from Taiwan and Slovakia foreign services:
S=9+40dB powerhouse signal, TWN International Spanish at 01.42:29 UT,
followed by Jeff's ID / postal address of WRMI Miami Florida,
then at 01.31:10 UT newscast in En from Slovakia International.
Latter item:
RSI which will cease this USA relay transmission on 31 Dec 2025,
which annmt I did read in another e-mail earlier today.
17770 DRM of CNR1 domestic Mandarin progr, from Dong Fang
island in Hainan province southern China location bcast center,
at 01.35 UT, 01 - 09 UT. fair S=8 signal.
17715.014 kHz ESP REE Noblejas S=8 signal at 01.37 UT.
On Tue & Wed REE did extensive live broadcasts of football soccer
games like FC Barcelona, Athletico Bilbao, Real Madrid etc, on
European Champions League competition against the other Euro-
pean football champion teams.

CUBA [non]. As of Oct 22 at 0634 UT, I have realized that Cuban
whoopers, or wobblers, or squeakers as I have sometimes called them,
have not been heard for almost two months during routine latenight MW
bandscans. Last noted under WWL 870 was August 16; under WHO 1040 on
August 19; and once under WSB 750 on August 26 (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)
SPAIN. 17715, Wed Oct 22 at 2203, no REE signal into UTwente, and
only S7/S9 into Maryland SDR, and NOT in English, rather Spanishish.
So much for our only weekly dose? 15520 & 15390 even worse JBA and no
15500. But next check at 2242, 17715.0135 achieves S5/S7 into
Maryland, but only poor and by now *is* in English, MQ reciting
imminent B25 frequencies, including 9680, typo? instead of 9690,
should it really be on air at all. By then, English should be at 23-24
Wednesdays only (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
