Subject: [HCDX] China on 25730 kHz
I was starting to feel a little lonely in the 11 metre band - on 25800 kHz -
but this morning I finally got some company :-)
An unidentified station played Chinese music non-stop on 25730.00 kHz until
s/off at 0900 UTC sharp. Good signal strength here in Denmark, but also
audible (via remote Kiwi SDR's around the globe - from Australia to Brazil).
A test transmission from China?
Nothing registered for 25730 here https://new.hfcc.org/data/, and in the
past 25730 kHz has (as far as I know) only been in use from NRK, Norway,
from 1971-1995 (not every year though)
Kind regards,
Stig Hartvig Nielsen,
Denmark
