signal not strong, less stronger than USAGM Kuwait relay on 5860 kHz of
Radio Farda too in Persian. 5885 & 9500 kHz Service via Spaceline Ltd.
via SPC-NURTS Sofia Kostinbrod Bulgaria relay site.
This Sunday March 1st  morning from 6 UT
Iran Intl TV relay on 12110 kHz from Spaceline Kostinbrod instead of 9500
kHz.
Persian px S=9+5dB in Doha Qatar, S=9+20dB in Athens GRC,
Not much jammed by Iran, light 231 Hertz audio tone on distance frq on upper
flank sideband noted so far underneath.
Checked with   Hotbird 13 E  11373 horizontal 27500 Sat Frq here in Europe
9 x diverse Satellite frequencies seen on the screen
on  5 x diverse satellites in EUR, NE, ME, IRN target
Sofia SW audio signal via SDR in Qatar or Athens Greece
some 3 seconds later than Hotbird audio.

presumed Farsi talk, from Iran International TV, which is TO, NOT
FROM! Iran. website translates nicely to English, but nothing obvious
about SW broadcasts, just started?

It may be new to SW, but this is obviously a well-established news
source! Roger in Germany uncovered SW schedule: 03-16 UT on 9500,
16-03 on 5885, and performed TDOA, both pointing to Bulgaria site, not
Romania. Baghdad is not getting it, and what happened to all the
Kuwait remotes? Via Riyadh it keeps cutting off and on. Further chex:
1955 temporarily gone via Riyadh; 2126 Qatar gets 5885 S7/S9.
Further chex UT Sunday March 1 of 5885: at 0149 JBA direct with music
= noiselevel S9+5. At 0242 now better S7/S8 with talk. At 0353, still
on 5885 not 9500 as per supposed sked switch at 0300, and S7/S9 into
Qatar SDR, still at 0410. At 0535, not on either into Qatar, nor
UTwente (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
