UZBEKISTAN   Yes, BBC London WS via Tashkent UZB on 9590_even kHz
heard here in western EUR also lately.
Seemingly they have got erected a new TX unit at Tashkent bcast center,
aligned exactly on x.000 kHz .

Listening to WorldService on new 9590 assumingely replacing 9750 where 
there is nothing heard. I think they changed frequencies because of a 
Chinese domestic station on 9750 which I have heard traces of here.
9590 will run 00-02
