on the Perseus-ww-net SDR at Edmonton-AB-CAN
both 9425 kHz in Russian language
and  9435 kHz in Korean of KCBS Seoul outlets --
produce accompanied 'unclean' audio plus/minus either sideband
x.0945 Hertz and x.187 Hertz BUZZ strings.
Seemingly unclean audio resulting of their limited MAINPOWER nationwide
service ?
