off at 1533 UT check; while fake RDS call ``KGWA-FM`` is nominal on
100.9, really a mere translator - but nothing to translate, K265FL.

** U S A. 960, April 17 at 0658 UT, YL mentioning KMA several times,
0700 Shenandoah ID with FM 99.1 which is really in Clarinda, and ABC
News. Is U2 5/5 kW. Dominant in the absence of local KGWA. Night
pattern has lobe toward SSW. Not as strong as 920 KYFR Shenandoah,
only 2.5 kW night, but major lobe thisaway. What else can I get on
960? In previous outages or deadairs have logged WERC, KZIM, KGKL,
CFAC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** VENEZUELA. 4940, Apr 17 at 0630, no signal from Estación 4940, nor
last night? Normally audible overnight. Need further daypart chex
whether totally gone. At 1530 & 1840 chex into new HK4RAU SDR in
Antioguia, nothing either. Not sure whether this can ordinarily hear
it daytimely, but nothing closer. Bonaire offline as usual (Glenn
