6000 kHz UNID seldom heard stron BUBBLE jamming at 22.22 UT tonight

UNID 6000 kHz, is coming from Tadjikistan ?
Before in past decade some Tajik sce of IRAN Sirjan IRIB scheduled on this 
qrg.
Others
5860even KWT  USAGM Kuwait Radio Farda, at 22.24 UT S=9+35dB,
and jamming neighbour accompanied on 5860.41 kHz .
Iran International TV London in Persian at 22.15 UT April 19,
5889.997 kHz from Spaceline Sofia Kostinbrod BUL relay stn,
and two spurs accompanied 18.938 kHertz on either sideband.
BS TOM sermon in English still 10 kHz away on
5899.998 kHz S=9+20dB at same time also from Kostinbrod bcast center in 
Bulgaria.
