Arabic on 15106 kHz NBFM

Same thing today at 2000 UTC but on 15244,5 kHz in NBFM. Also visible on
UTwente SDR.

I'm getting Arabic language (or similar) station on 15106 kHz in 
NBFM. I'm listening since around 1956 UTC and currently (2022 UTC) 
they are still on, but signal is getting weaker and less reliable.
