6060 at S9+30; 6000 and 5040 are off; 6100 is still on at 0616, but in
Spanish! S9+20 and splattering +/- 15 kHz. Something`s always wrong at
RHC.Shift to 6160 also moves leapfrog mixing product: JBA carrier at 0620
March 19 on 6260, ex-6270, i.e. 6060 over 6160 another 100 kHz beyond.6000, March 20 at 0009, RHC English is already running this hour, but
6165/6160 is off. Something`s always wrong at RHC. 6165, not 6160,
