11780 is on now (2108). I can also hear weak hets on 9630.43, just above 9818 (too weak to measure more precisely) and 11815.03. I'm wondering if some of the others are off, or only running barefoot, because with the lack of sunspots, they can't reach the audience in Brazil on shortwave.
