CUBA  13740 kHz, July 11 at 0130 UT, surprised that the BST-1 caradio
memory stops here at RHC Spanish. I think this frequency has been off
air evenings for a long time. It's not in Aoki or EiBi, Aoki does not
even show the morning broadcast at 11-14 UT. RHC's own website 
http://www.radiohc.cu/interesantes/frecuencias

still shows the B-18 sked! When 13740 was for Buenos Aires at 22-05 UT.
