Shortwave Radio for Europe (via their Winsen transmitter) has a new schedule
since December 1st as follows:
"New broadcasting times due to propagation:
3975 kHz: 09:00 to 18:00 UTC (10:00 to 19:00 CET) and 21:00 to 00:00 UTC
(22:00 to 01:00 CET)
6160 kHz: 09:00 to 15:00 UTC (10:00 to 16:00 CET)"Programme line-up includes the following, although no specific times are

spanking new. Shows often include a CD Giveaway, Nigel’s Proggy Vaults and

Vintage Vault. Media Network was one of the first international
