    ROU - SRR Radio Constanţa, Nufăru (Releul Delta) (14).
So it is really Nufăru, not Nufărul, which is a place near Oradea almost 
on the opposite side of the country. Earlier this was listed as Mahmudia.

I'm not sure if you received another Romanian station on 1530.010 or it was a non-romanian station. Here in Hungary in the evenings it is possible to receive 2 romanian stations on 1530 kHz and I never tried to separate them on decimal frequency.

So:
    ROU - SRR Radio România Actualităţi, Rădăuţi (14) - 24h in Romanian.
Earlier listed as Mihaileni. Here in Finland I can hear this in winter 
even at midday. This is on 1529.998 kHz and it is always stronger than 
R. Constanţa on 1530.010 kHz, I wonder why.

1503.001 EGY  ERTU Koran El Arish in Arabic:
I'd like to note that this is the ERTU's El Arish regional studios. It not only broadcast koranic programmes, only some segments are Koranic.
I think that was earlier, now I have heard only Koran prgr.
