Vince, surprise, surprise,signal in this range 3166 kHz has nothing to do with MW 1584 harmonics.
Usually this is a maritime CW channel marker St. Petersburg and others band,
volmet and search rescue services as well.
But tonight at 22.30-23.00 UT noted a lot of AM mode station talk services
like a many radio channels GARDEN FENCE
on various channels, all in Russian / Belarus? language - I guess.
Heard in Greece, Poland, and at Mauno's Perseus units remotedly on
2963, 3016, 3034.5, 3056.854, 3074.735, 3087.8, 3099.8, 3106.29, 3119.84,
3129.93, 3134.92, 3137.8, 3138.52,  3140 - 3143 STANAG like digital,
3147.91, 3168.27, 3168.94, 3169.238, 3177.1, 3177.35, 3177.6, 3179.80,
3235 - 3238 like digital STANAG,
In Putin's Russia, there is currently an anti-virus general holiday
for two months lasting.
Do people have a lot of free time to pursue their radio hobby?
I'm just a little shocked that no single sideband mode is used ...

Thanks Wolfgang.I'd discounted an harmonic of 1584 since all I can find listed is three or
four Romanian low power outlets on 1584 (1kW or less), and nothing at all,
as far as I can see, in Russia.
Its there tonight, but so weak there is no way I going to be able to
identify it.
