17804.981 SBA via MOCI Riyadh-ARS, 1st Arabic sce, spoken! sermon in Arabic,
         S=9+30dB at 09.55 UT on April 3rd.
15120.006 SBA via MOCI Riyadh-ARS in Urdu language to South Asian
         subcontinent S=9+20dB at 10.15 UT heard in Delhi India.
11744.998 ARS  Army Radio Jeddah towards Saudi army in Yemen civil war.
         S=7 poor at 10.07 UT in Athens Greece.
11859.965 ARS  Probably also via Jeddah site at this hour ? S=7 poor signal
         at 10.09 UT noted Voice of Excile Yemen Radio, Arabic-Yemeni lang
         in Greece remotedly.
         Heard also mention 'Yemen' many times.
13780even EMPTY carrier only at 10.10 UT, and 13780.017 Utility sce noted 
also.
13610.007 UNID fair S=8 signal noted in Delhi India, sounds more like
         CNR1 service from Nanning-China mainland.
Nothing noted on requested 13610, 15490, 17570, nor INS px on 21670 kHz.
