CNR13 Chinese window program 9420/9890 (full report 1-3/21 )

The only i wonder is if this program is new or I just happened to listen it... Any ideas?

9420/9890 Chineseprogram  instead of CNR 13  on 1520 today Jan 1  Seems to be also //6145 (CNR17 ) Off 1600 inboth freqs  Very sad

9420CNR13 on 15-16 with a Chinese program window After 1600 station continued  with music program Due to the low levelsignal over the noise (-85/100dbm or S7/4)  I continued to listen via remote SDRs with Doha and Albertisa kiwiSDR inHungary which after 1614 started having high timeouts  Signal was with 45 db SNR  with max at S9/-74 dBm Interesting leisure music for   work  Liangas 2 Jan

Noinfo is shown in any frequency list so far (eibi /HFCC )

thisverifies that the CNR13 opens a Chinese news  subprogram  in the CNR13 service!
